Oven
An oven is primarily used in cooking. A primitive earthen oven can be created by making mound of clay or mud with a cavity in it. The walls should be fairly thick. Start a roaring fire inside, and once it has been reduced to embers remove the embers and ash and place what you want to cook inside the oven. The thick earthen walls will absorb the heat from the fire, and radiate it back over a long period of time. The oven will be hotter right after the embers have been removed, and will cool slowly over the course of several hours. This means that things that require a high baking temperature will need to go in first, and things that require a lower temperature will need to wait until the oven has cooled down.
