Type of zeolite use as a catalizer for several reactions, like the production of nitric acid using air.

Production

There are some ways to produces them, but almost all of them needs to heat the raw reactive.

the most general production method is using copper sulfate diluted into water, then put it into the solution zeolite powder, and keep the powder into the reactive for around 24 to 48 hours, then take out the water using decantation and heat the powder around 900 to 1100 degrees celsius for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. The purity of the initial components, the time wich the powder spend into the solution and how stable is the temperature affects directly to the effectiveness of the catalizer.
