Copper ore
Copper ore is a rock containing iron, usually in the form of oxides, such as chalcopyrite, chalcocite or covellite. Iron ores have a variable iron content depending on the iron mineral. Additionally, isomorphism, almost always present in natural minerals, reduces the nominal content.
