Description
A transparent container filled with water saturated with chlorine to prevent bacteria and mold growth, which when in direct sunlight or any artificial light can act as an indoor light source.
Production
Any plastic bottle filled with clear (not necessarily potable) water, filled with any kind of water soluble chlorine (bleach, pool tablets, or from saltwater electrolysis).
