Bleach is a solution of the Chemical compound sodium hypochlorite and Water.

It is a potent base, and highly reactive.

it is also poisonous, and should never be consumed, or used for bathing.

Uses
Bleach is a potent base, and is useful in numerous applications, including cleaning, disinfecting tools and surfaces, and breaking down organic materials.
*** Battery

Crafting Instructions
Take a container of salt water, and place the wires connecting to the positive and negative leads of your electrical source into the liquid. wait until the solution turns basic.

ensure the wires are not touching each other inside the container. You should see bubbles forming on the wires during the process, if not, check and ensure that the electrical source is functioning.

you can create a more concentrated solution by either dissolving more salt or boiling off water before hand. do not boil during or after electrolysis, as that can create poisonous Chlorine Gas.

only perform this reaction in a well ventilated area or outdoors.
