Wikiciv:Core content policies

From Wikiciv

Wikiciv's content is governed by two principal core content policies: neutral point of view and replicability. Editors should familiarize themselves with all three, jointly interpreted:

Neutral point of view[edit source]

All Wikiciv articles and other content must be written from a neutral point of view, representing significant views fairly, proportionately and without bias.

Replicability[edit source]

Material challenged or likely to be challenged, must be demonstrated with independent replications. On Wikiciv, replicability means that people reading and editing the guide can check can test the methods and arrive at the same results.

These policies determine the type and quality of material that is acceptable in Wikiciv articles. Because they complement each other, they should not be interpreted in isolation from one another. The principles upon which these policy statements are based are not superseded by other policies or guidelines, or by editors' consensus. The policy pages may be edited only to improve the application and explanation of the principles.
